Dear Friends,
I have sent a letter with my introduction and our flier to some 500 writers and activists in the state soliciting their help and support. People have been calling and extending their support. D.S. Nagabhushan, one of the most honest and committed writer in Kannada, has sent the first monetary donation after receiving the letter. More people have been saying they would contribute soon. I am yet to call and request well meaning and like minded people, as I have been busy in putting together a campaign team and readying campaign literature. I would like take this opportunity to request you to donate or pledge towards my campaign. As you know, clean politics needs clean money. Please donate generously and spread the word.
Donations received will be used purely for the purpose of meeting legitimate expenses toward my MLA election campaign such as pamphlets, banners, conducting events, postal charges, printing, stationary, paying a small campaign staff for 2-3 months, etc.
